Baltimore Reporter ‘Steps Back’ From Covering Riots Because She is in Gay Relationship With Prosecutor of Cops

Last week the Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby charged 6 Baltimore police officers with murder and a list of other crimes as long as your arm.

But earlier this week the Baltimore Federal Order of Police wrote a letter demanding that the prosecution of the 6 officers be removed from State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby and given to a special prosecutor because Mosby and her staff have all sorts of conflicts of interest.

One charge that he FOP made is that Mosby has ties to the Freddie Gray family. But the FOP also complained of the “lead prosecutor’s connections with members of the local media.”

What does this mean? Well, as it happens Mosby’s lead prosecutor is one Janice Bledsoe and Bledsoe is in a gay relationship with one of WBAL’s leading “investigative journalists,” Jayne Miller.

"Don't you love farce? My fault, I fear
I thought that you'd want what I want, sorry, my dear

Don't bother, they're here" ~ Judy Collins

The accusation is that when the Wash Post broke the story about the "other prisoner" saying he thought Gray was intentionally trying to injure himself, Bledsoe sent Miller out to find someone and have him say he was the "other prisoner" and he didn't say he thought it was intentional to investigators.
It turned out Donta Allen the one interviewed by Miller is most likely not the "other prisoner" as MD case search shows no arrests for him that day (anyway) and according to BPD transport logs the "other prisioner" was 38yrs old. Allen is much younger.
I've said it before and I'll say it again that this is so queer on so many levels that any reasonable person should put their faith into the WashPost article and believe that the "other prisoner" did say that he thought Gray was trying to injure himself.

Miller backed off because she got caught lying and who caught her?
Bloggers and not the MSM.

Today from CNN-

"Another issue could arise from the team Mosby relied on to lead her case: one of her top investigators, Avon Mackel, is a former high-ranking Baltimore police officer who was stripped of his command post in 2009 for failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report. A Baltimore Sun report said police in the district were accused of classifying serious crimes as lesser in order to log lower crime rates."

I'm so glad to see the relationship between those who report the news and those who influence society exposed. This doesn't just happen in Baltimore, either. For example, Susan Rice (the national security advisor) is married to ABC News executive Ian Cameron. There are other examples for the current administration and I'm sure you could find some in the Bush administration, too. It's a 1%er World.

You are correct, bloggers and social media busted her.

One of the leaks is audio of EMS calls for the timeframe of the van ride. Police did in fact call medics in a timely fashion contrary to what Mosby said. You can hear them and when medics didn't show they continued to the western district PD which is closer to U of MD med center. An officer remained at the location to notify EMS van was headed to PD. About 10 later EMS catches up w/van and both arrive at same time at dept. EMS unit reports to dispatch they are w/patient.
Mosby's lies when she said medical treatment wasn't called until they arrived at PD.

Mosby needs to return that law degree back immediately and demand her money back. Case falling apart like crazy now.
Wait until it comes out how she convinced (lied maybe? who knows) ME to change manner of death. That's going to be interesting. Can't wait.
Before it's all over those officers will own her.

Miller didn't "step back" she's running away. The case is falling apart and she doesn't want to have to report bad things about her lover Bledsoe's boss, Mosby.
These people, do they really think they are fooling anyone? Some of us were not born yesterday.

So Jayne Miller has stepped back from the case? An indicator she knows the gig is up.

Freddie Gray wrecked a dirt bike 2 weeks before his death.

Mosby totally pressured the ME to change his finding. For those of you unfamiliar with how a ME makes a finding, let me give you an example:
Suppose hikers find a dead body at the bottom of a cliff. It is clear that the deceased had fallen 300 feet to his death. Is it a homicide? A suicide? An accident? Well, the ME can’t tell you, but they can say that the cause of death was a fall off a cliff. So the ME relies on information supplied by law enforcement. If the District Attorney calls the ME and says: “we have witnesses that saw the man trip,” then the ME will find that its an accidental death, etc. In other words, Baltimore’s ME is relying on information provided by Mosby

Gray was a confidential informant that's why so many criminal charges against him kept getting dismissed by the court.

Quid pro quo.

That is correct. The Medical Examiners job is to find the nature of the death, not the cause of death at the hands of another human.
