You are right 1:16. Keller has been taking heat from the council ever since the BLACK Councilman was arrested and tried for assault and various other CRIMINAL infractions. The baloney about Jay Parker leaving to be close to his kids is more B/S. The black majority on the council wants just SO MUCH law enforcement in Princess Anne. The College students are supposed to be in a hands-off pattern and to bolster that there was an assualt in a convienence store in P.A. last night.
1:16 is right. The criminal on the council was able to convince other council members to push to not renew his contract. What an outstanding chief he is. What a major loss for the good ppl of princess Ann .
