Most Americans think the president shouldn't be able to ignore the courts – but nearly half of Democrats disagree, a new poll shows.
The Rasmussen Reports survey finds 60 percent believe the commander in chief shouldn't be able to ignore federal court decisions, with just 26 percent disagreeing.
"But perhaps more unsettling to supporters of constitutional checks and balances," the report notes, is that 43 percent of Democrats believe the president ought to be able to ignore the courts if he believes it's important for the country.

Part of the 47% that Governor Romney mentioned a few years ago........"what's for me?"
Look at who the dems are! They have a sense of entitlement.. Look at the jails. It obvious the care not for law. The rest are illegals.
Still not the majority of dems so clearly it doesn't matter. Aren't democracies great?
So then the people can ignore the idiotic and evil decisions of the court.
Just as usuall for democrats, the law applies to other people not us! Besides even if he ignores the judge it's not like they would jail Obammy for contempt. But if it was a republican they would want him stripped of his citizenship!
Nobody, including our nigherian king, is above law, PERIOD!
Just think decades ago the dems were repubs and vice versa.
