ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Larry Hogan today will announce enhanced PMT regulations as part of the administration's efforts to improve the environment and make the Chesapeake Bay as healthy as possible. These enhanced regulations will be part of a more comprehensive Maryland Agriculture Phosphorus Initiative, which will also be introduced.

That's great as long as taxpayer money is not used to transport the manure away as the old PMT called for.
The companies that own the birds need to be responsible for their waste product, not the taxpayer.
