Citizens should demand an outside audit of how they are classifying and capturing crime stats. Add what the sheriff's department and MSP are handling inside the city and get a real picture of crime. People inside are afraid to speak up. Wait til the grant money dries up, lock your doors.
Bogus math Higher adult arrests Lower juvie arrests - (means less documented crimes). 5,000 more calls for service, but crime is down.... I don't buy it.
Statistics. Give me a few minutes with that report and I'll prove that the police ARE your best protection. The truth has nothing to do with statistics.
