ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – An alleged Eastern Shore arsonist’s third trial has been continued four months.
Tonya Bundick initially was supposed to head to court Dec. 15 in Virginia Beach for Count 53, a fire set to a house in Onancock March 4, 2013, but now will wait until April 20.

No longer alleged. And who cares anymore. Bury her under the jail and let's move on.
I don't understand why she is getting separate trials for all of these charges. I think it's a waste of the taxpayer's money!

The 62 separate trials isn't going to happen. She'll end up spending the rest of her life in jail after dying of old age waiting for her day in court for all of them.
It's a maneuver. And it's smart. Maybe when Charlie finally gets sentenced and has no incentive to testify against her, some major movement will happen. Even if he still agrees to testify, due to the length of time 62 trials will take things will start moving faster with this.
