Lee Emanual Bolden of Salisbury, arrested 10-20-14 on a warrant for violation of probation. Bolden was held on a $25,000 bond.
Maurice Turner 3rd of Princess Anne, arrested 10-20-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Turner was held on a $250.00 bond.

I'm curious with all the hype from Deputy Howard as to the intensity of their efforts in crime fighting, why are there not more arrests that their 24 hr. police dept turn on their own and paper service such as has been shown here today. What's their criminal and road patrol people doing??????
