A controversial program created by the Obama administration allows unauthorized immigrants to avoid deportation and even get work permits to stay in the U.S. for two years.
Since 2012, nearly 600,000 people have received Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status, but a new report claims that the Mexican government actually pays the $465 application fee for many immigrants and, in some cases, even the more expensive fees to hire an immigration attorney.
Jordan Sekulow joined Peter Johnson Jr. on Fox and Friends Weekend and explained that the Mexican government has acknowledged that it runs a program in 50 consulates across the U.S. to help Mexican immigrants receive DACA status.
