An Alabama mom is furious that her five-year-old daughter was forced to sign a contract saying she will not hurt herself or anyone at school after she pointed a crayon at a classmate.
The incident occurred at E.R. Dickson Elementary School in Mobile.
The mom, only identified as Rebecca, said the school asked her toddler, Elizabeth, whether she was depressed, which the little girl did not understand.
'They told me she drew something that resembled a gun,' Rebecca told WPMI-TV.
'According to them she pointed a crayon at another student and said, ''pew pew''.'

Maybe they should contact all the TV shows that promote shooting/killing.....even if the parents don't let them watch the shows the commercials are full of it advertising the show. Kids only imitate what they see and hear. Go after the adults.
Oh no 10:05! That would hurt their bottom line $$$. We can't have that! But we can screw the kids heads up by forcing their stupid agendas down our throats.
Home school, and after her lessons take her shooting.
It's illegal for a child to sign a contract....SUE !
Probably a future Bonnie Parker.
Just proves you cannot fix stupid, no matter how many degrees you have!
11:25: It not ILLEGAL for a minor to sign a contract. Anybody can sign a contract. Its just VOID and unenforceable if a minor signs a contract.....
