Tonight at ToysRUs parking lot saw a medium grey Dodge Charger with dark tinted windows, spot light on driver door, led flasher bars on inside front window and other things that made it look a bit like a police car. It would certainly fool someone after dark. It had Maryland tags, but they weren't state or other law enforcement. It had something like "community safety" written across the back. Can anyone provide any information about whether or not that's okay? Finally saw the people come out and grit in the car. I could describe them to law enforcement if it turns out to be something that needs to be looked in to.
