Does anyone know what type of motorcycle??
I saw it. It was a yellow cycle with saddle bags or boxes on the side it didn't look good they were doing CPR on the guy when I drove. Prayers for all

It makes a difference because I have many friends and 3 family members that ride motorcycles. I couldnt reach my brother that lives near that area. Is that okay with you?
The young man that was driving the car was physically ok however mentally he was a basket case and not doing well. Understand the woman operating the one bike was not good and the other rider was her husband and he was better off than she was.

I am so sorry for your loss. I came upon the accident right after it happened, and I agree it didn't look good. I know it's bike week, and I hope everyone stays safe. I hope the other guy on the bike does well and sending prayer your way
She will dearly be missed. She had hundreds of friends that are going to miss her. She was a kind loving soul & would do anything for you. Let's put it this way. She was an ANGEL. God bless her parents & family & Husband to be & her riding buddy that was with her today. We are all just crying our eyes out. This is so sad.

The last we saw they were taking the 22 year old to the hospital because he claims he is prone to seizures and he was getting dizzy is why he said he didn't see her the thing is he didn't even stop to see if anything was coming I can't get the image out of my mind the gentleman that was riding the yellow bike if you are reading this I have been thinking and praying for your comfort with everything
The one that hit the car was blue and white the yellow one was the gentleman's bike
I was directly behind them and saw everything tell the guy that was on the yellow bike I can't remember his name and her family I am sorry for their loss I have been having the crash go through my head all afternoon. Please let them know I will be praying for comfort for them.

I have seen it on fb last night, here and one of the local 'news' outlets. But I agree with you, if not for Joe, there would be a LOT of stuff we would never know.
The girl was my sister.....she passed away last night.....she had just turned 50 on September 3rd.

My husband and I received the news last night. We are devastated. To say she was an angel is an understatement. She was an amazing, loving, caring, warm and wonderful person. She WILL be missed...hoping fond memories of her will help soothe and comfort all of the broken hearts. There are many of those for sure and many tears shed. We are all so sad. :(

As a rider my thoughts go out to the victimes of this accicent, but...This is another tragedy that could so easily have been avoided and should be a reminder for all drivers to PLEASE watch out for motorcycles. I've lost count of the number of times I've been pulled out in front of or cut off while riding, the number of times I've looked over to see drivers talking or texting on cellphones. I saw a fellow rider killed by a car that crossed the center line at the entrance to Mount Rushmore because the driver was paying more attention to a dripping ice cream cone than the responsibility of handling a 3,000Lb weapon.
Are there motorcyclists that are irresponsible, scream up and down the highway in T-Shirts & flipflops weaving between cars? Absolutely and they're idiots that give us all a bad name but, for those of us who ride for pleasure and responsibly, please stop, look and look again!!
To the rider still in the hospital, my thoughts are with you and I'm sorry for the loss of your friend.
I want to know why a person prone to seizures is driving anyway. And how did he not see 2 bikes, especially when one was bright yellow. I went to school with the woman that was killed. My thought go to her family, friends and fiancé.

I know you have heard this a lot but I truly am sorry for your loss. Have you heard anything about what they are charging the guy in the red car with? The officers told me that I was the only one that saw everything it continously plays in my head. If there is any way I can help let me know.

I am an old friend of the dear woman who died. I live out of state and have heard two different stories about the accident: either the red car was in the lane next to her, and pulled in front of her into her lane to avoid upcoming stopped traffic in his own lane, OR he was making a turn onto the road, and didn't see her. Does anyone now how it actually happened? It doesn't change anything, but does somehow feel important for me to understand. Thank you!

That is completely and utterly the exact way to jump to a conclusion. If you were not there, and have no idea why make assumptions such as this?
My family and I were one of the 1st on the scene. We assisted at the scene. My step daughter held the women and assisted until EMS arrived. There was also a nurse and a retired firefighter helping. My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends. May you find peace.
i was there and there is no way anyone having a seizure could have or would have made a 90 degree turn the way he did. he has no regard for anyone on the road and needs to be put in jail for what he did and i will be in court to ensure it happens there is no difference between what he did and pulling the trigger

Nyann and I were traveling east bound on 50, The red car was coming west bond on the opposite side of the med em. He turn to cross the east bound lane, didn't stop and Nyann didn't have enuff time to reacted. Hope this helps

Where do I start. My heart is breaking for this lovely lady. A true angel. I'm very good friends with the gentleman that was on the other bike. I sat with him last nite and felt his pain. All, he ever wanted was for me to meet this lovely lady. I never got the chance. Because of some careless "23" old that thought he could beat the traffic and make it to the other side. My prayer go out to the family of this lovley angel(who is with god now). and my best friend.
How awful to read this...if in fact it was Taylor B Morrison of Pocomoke it is time for some jail...he better have some serious doctor notes confirming the seizure story! He has just killed a woman and injured a man being foolishly stupid...and you just can't fix stupid. His parents are only going to be able to get him out of so much trouble; because of his history with some of the most recent traffic violations and the fact he was already on probation for DWI I'd like to see HOW they could help him now. No Judge is going to let this kid go!! Revoke his license because obviously he doesn't take the privilege to drive very serious!!! God Bless this woman's family and friends!
stop jumping to conclusions... you can't assume anything . Last time I checked we live in America- Innocent until proven guilty no one should be saying he was drunk without any proof and no one should say he hasn't had seizures in the past - have you seen his medical records?

IF someone EVER had a seizure, THEY CANNOT DRIVE. Their license is taken away immediately until a Doctor gives the green light.
Very True. But doctor's do clear people to drive after a seizure.

Joe, you are absolutely correct...my ex-brother in law had a seizure and DMV revoked his license ASAP...having said that it took him years to get his license back and that was only after the doctor had cleared him of the seizures when he went 3 yrs (I think, could have been 4) without a seizure. Ironically, after he got his license back he was driving to Salisbury on the back road and had another seizure behind the wheel, wrecked his truck and became paralyzed from the neck down. So I'm finding it hard to believe this young man had any seizure just having lived thru my ex-brother in law's experience.
What happened is horrible and definitely could have been prevented. We jump to conclusions though on what actually happened. The kid is 23 years old and just killed someone. I am sure he feels plenty of pain througout this process as well. That is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life. Sure he could have paid more attention and could have tried to be more cautious but are we really going to crucify a person who made a mistake that cost someone thier life? I love to read comments on here of everyone who "was there" or "knows someone who was there" but the reality is we do not know what exactly happened. Lets take it easy until all the facts are out.

Please allow me to also “chime in here real quick”. First of all may I say that I find it to be extremely ludicrous that the public is allowed to access the judicial records of others at the click of a finger due to overflow of outlandish and thoughtless responses people so desperately feel they need to make, but that’s beside the point I am trying to make. HIPAA or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act is essentially designed to protect private health records and patient medical history. Now, considering that none of us, including myself, have access to written or digital record of Mr. Morrison’s past or present medical illnesses, how could anyone make any kind of assumption such that he was simply not paying attention that day? There are many different types, causes and classifications of seizures. Certain seizures may require treatment with the use of medication and others can be managed and controlled without it. With that being said, if a physician sees fit, he or she may clear said patient for the operation of a motor vehicle. A patient may be placed on a probation period to study the biological effect of a new medication or to observe how often these attacks may or may not occur, but seizure patients are never barred forever from using and operating a motor vehicle, that would just be nonsense. Seizures are serious medical conditions that are almost always out of one’s control. Once a seizure has begun, it’s all downhill until the excessive discharge of electrical current has run its course. They have been known to cause a patient to completely black out and lose control of few to all body functions and shake uncontrollably for an extended or short period of time. They have absolutely nothing to do with the level of one’s intelligence and certainly don’t contribute to someone potentially being “foolishly stupid”. Our society always feels the need to have a concrete answer for everything and pin point one specific soul to blame for any unfortunate events or tragedies in this life. By nature humans have a physical need for control and tangible explanations for these misfortunes but in some cases they just aren’t there. With the presences of elevated emotions, there is no room for logic. So all I am merely suggesting is that if you choose to have an opinion on this very serious matter, wait to voice that opinion until you are fully aware of all that occurred that day. If you choose not to wait, then you just subject yourself to looking like a coward who enjoys engaging in the psychological torture of a young man who probably feels more than enough guilt and pain from this experience as it is without you’re ignorance and irrelevant input.
seizure or not. he should not have even had his license after his record. BOttom line he caused an accident that took the life of someone remarkable. He deserves to and needs to suffer the consequences. Manslaughter!
If the police find that he was reckless in any degree of crossing the East Bound lane of 50, he just might be charged that way...
I am sure he will fell guilty for a week or two. He has no worries since daddy is the mayor of Pocomoke City and takes care of his boy.
I am the driver of the mini van that the red car hit after the motorcycle hit the red car. The red car pulled out in front if the motorcycle who was headed east on 50. My 13 year old daughter, her friend, and my mother in law were all in the car and saw the red car coming at us full speed. Then, we noticed the woman from the motorcycle laying in the road. We will never forget what we saw that day. I wish my 13 year old and her 12 year old friend had not seen it. I wish there was more I could have done for the poor woman on the motorcycle
The level of immaturity that is laid before my eyes right now is not only astonishing but embarrassing as well. The identifier some of you use may be anonymous but all I personally see is what the media would describe as a modern day “cyber bully”. You make this boy’s personal address publicly known while you sit back reclined in your easy chair safe at home while you have potentially put his life in danger. You point fingers and make accusations that none of you know to be true but merely assume to be accurate based off of the principal of hearsay. I see people making the observation that this young man will have to live with this the rest of his life. I counter argue that by saying so will those of you who are making these thoughtless comments. People carelessly fail to remember or realize that words do indeed have power. Words that are said out of emotional pain for the loss of loved one or even comments that are made regarding prior personal judgments and opinions made about the young 23 year old man involved, may not necessarily be the most appropriate type of response for a public forum such as an internet blog but would serve better to be expressed in the privacy of your own home. Opinions have obviously been made and have no intention on being swayed and allow me to confidently assure you that is not my purpose. In this country you are entitled to think and say whatever your heart may desire even if the presentation is mediocre and uneducated. In the world of structured science or any type of professional research, biased opinions and assumptions are essentially considered to be inaccurate and I believe it is more than appropriate to say that the same logic and principals would apply here. Are families and loved ones going to be upset? Absolutely! I begrudge no one the natural response of grief. Grief is healthy. All I am trying to make you understand is that there is a fine line between making a genuine observation of the situation at hand and lashing out and allowing impulsive emotional thoughts to be the basis of your argument.
You may call this "cyberbullying" but the fact remains your sweet 23 year old is not as innocent as you proclaim. He has a record of many traffic violations, on probation for a DUI, and possession of marijuana. So sit back and make sure you give him an award for all his meritorious work and achievements
Sir or ma'am were there did you see anything? Well guess what I was I was directly behind the motorcycles I have not made accusations nor has anyone else that was there we are stating facts. When you get a license and get behind the wheel of a car you are responsible to watch out not only for yourself but for everyone else on the road when he came from westbound to cross eastbound he didn't even take time to look as he crossed which is a fact not an assumption he was going at least 25-30 mph when he made the blue and white bike hit him if he would have slowed down to look he would have seen both bikes my mini van and the vehicles behind us think about it before you go around spouting off things because you feel like you need to be involved one bike was bright yellow the other bike was blue and white how could you miss them unless you weren't paying attention? The fact of the matter is it has been 4 days since this tragic accident happened and the gentleman that killed a person has yet to be charged with anything he hasn't even been charged with failure to yield. If it was me or anyone else in the red car that wasn't the mayors we would have been arrested on the spot and held pending investigation.
Nor will we were the ones in the tan mini van right behind them.

That definition describes young Mr. Morrison. With his long rap sheet at a young age and responsible for the death of a well accomplished individual, Mr. Morrison is no stranger to the court system. Most likely this behavior will continue on throughout his adult years.
Well as long as it helps you sleep at night to get on here and spout your mouth about something you have no knowledge of then enjoy. Even those behind the motorcyclists still have no idea who was happening in Morrison's car. But this comments section on a blog is definitely going to help you get the justice you feel is deserved. Why take something that is none of any of your business and interject such harsh statements and judgements before any facts are know?

Facts? The facts are clear. that POS took the life of a innocent human being, that is a fact. That POS should not even have a license with the driving record he has! On probation for DUI and drugs, speeding, driving a un registered vehicle! It is CLEAR he took away their right of way and caused a death. There will be justice, one way or another. That is a fact!!!

The reason this happened to my dear friend NyAnn, riding her motorcycle to O.C. and doing everything right.............The Mayor, not being a responsible and good person, kept his son on the road, despite his sons' issues with driving. He should have seen this coming...had he, this would not have happened. Spin it as you will.....the Mayor is equally guilty here !
