And this is from a post on the WMDT website regarding another suit, alleging police misconduct and use of excessive force, that Mr. Rommel has filed against the City in the federal court in Baltimore:
"We will not comment on Mr. Rommel, and his searching out citizens and University students to file suits against police," Ireton wrote in an email on behalf of himself and Police Chief Barbara Duncan.
Does this reckless mud-slinging call to mind the similar out-of-control acts of a former Salisbury Mayor? It seems Ireton has a habit of maligning lawyers who represent those who object to City conduct - just ask T. J. Maloney.

He is so unprofessional. What other city has a Mayor who conducts himself like Ireton does in these interviews?
he's so crude and unprofessional. acts like a child most of the time. doesn't know how to frame issues and when needed, keep his mouth shut. why oh why is the idiot representing our city? only because low info voters voted, only because idiots voted, only because there was a bit of cheating taking place.

Have your videos and inside info been subpoenaed by SPD. Heard today DT, 16 and 47 had been subpoenaed for their information, even the stuff they did not use in their SU/Aita story. Guess its true because DT had a story in their paper today about it.

on a clearer video you can see the cop casually walking until he gets to the sidewalk and then he takes off running and grabs the guy walking past the tunnel.
