Detectives are looking for Radames Guzeman, 40 of Magnolia, who was last seen by his family on Saturday August 2, 2014 at approximately 10:00 p.m. after he left with an unknown adult female heading to Cambridge, Maryland. There is a concern for Guzeman’s well-being.
Guzeman is described as being 5’09” tall, 190 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He is also a medium risk Tier 2 registered sex offender in the state of Delaware.
If anyone has any information as to Radames Guzeman’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact Sgt. J. Yeah, they're concerned for his welfare, alright! They will probably need to perform some strength tests on him when they find him, just to make sure he can "respond" to them! You know, check all his joints for side play, and his resistance to electric shock and urine and bowel retention during that. That will help them test his lung power and voice level as well.
So, yeah, if you see this guy peacefully eating lunch somewhere, turn him in. You will be treated to quite the show!
From his looks, I'd be checking the ditches, ponds, and woods for his body parts.
