BREAKING NEWS: Gov. Perry stands by veto, calls indictment an abuse of power

Texas Gov. Rick Perry says in a news conference that he stands by his veto of funding for state public corruption prosecutors, and describes the indictment against him as an abuse of power.

Sounds like a Texas licensed legal beagle should file ethics charges with their bar association against those bringing and assigned to the case. Punch back twice as hard!

And he should put more ink in his veto pen!

Hmmm - the democrats would not be pulling this kind of crap this early in the election cycle if they were not running scared. I'm anxious to see how Perry handles this. I'm not looking for a republican candidate who will compromise with the democrats anymore. I want someone who will gut the bastards. Perry is already pissed about the border. His reaction to this incident is worth watching.
