No fires. We keep paying for 65+ paid firemen to sleep every night.

One fire, but all the fire engines were out chasing ambulances and taking firemen to restaurants!

I'd rather have them and not need them than to need them and not have them.

924 S. Division St. last night. 2 1/2 story wood frame with fire showing from 3 windows and a person reported trapped on the second floor. That's three working fires this week Joe so what do you have to say about that. The volunteers were able to get 3 firefighters to the call on Wednesday and 9 last night. The duty engine cleared a medical call on Nanticoke Rd. and was the crew that extinguished the fire.

Of course you don't pay taxes and chances are you are one of the paid firemen.

Oh one fire and it is not even the night of this posted call.

Where were the 3 fires? I hope you aren't calling the Hebron Church fire a Salisbury fire.

I like how you say "a person reported trapped." I notice you didn't say there was a trapped person because there wasn't. Central over dramatizes it's dispatches.

I saw the picture of the fire and it wasn't big enough for everything dispatched. It should have only been a single engine company response. You morons glorify FDNY and they would only send one engine on that teeny weeny fire.

It is funny the more fires we have the more you all come on here and try to say we are not needed. You are free to volunteer, but I bet you will not. One engine response? So three men can handle this call? Not really, it was a ballon frame construction. The fire was bigger by the time fire pieces arrived. Do you know what pieces arrived first? What did those units do? Yes at the time of call one resident had not exited the structure.

I can tell you are a paid fireman because you can't spell. I saw the house and it wasn't BALLOON frame construction. You idiots are so afraid of your jobs you a very desperate. "The more fires we have..." Those few fires are just that, a few fires. Don't try to flatter yourself and count the Hebron Church fire as your fire.

So you have been inside and have seen it was not BALLOON construction?

Learn how to spell. My family built those houses. Get a grip know it all.
