The estimated population of America is over 300 million.. The median age average is roughly 36 years ago... 34 thousand is a sample survey of adults. . Not a population of adults.. Statistics 101
And our government, elected officials, and judges are bending over backwards (pun intended) to pander to this extreme minority demographic. Our government is trampling on the majority's political and religious rights, by overturning state laws and referendums, and by forcing the majority to comply with government directives that go against their religious beliefs. There is nothing in our constitution or bill of rights that says this GLBT demographic has any special protections or rights.

This article is referencing two different surveys. The CDC's 2013 survey says that 1.6% of American adults identify as homosexual. Look it up for yourself at the CDC.
