Zbigniew Brzezinski, Obama's foreign policy advisor, advocated taking over Ukraine in the 90's in his book The Grand Chessboard. The US has spent at least $5 billion trying to pull this off since then. It's clear that our meddling is what made this mess.
Today, Putin decreed Crimea an Independent State. It was not annexed to Russia. More egg on Obama's face and more embarrassment for America. This is what a Country of welfare voters gets as leaders.
