Incident: WCSO Activity 7-14 February 2014

1. On 7 Feb 2014 at 12:01 AM a deputy arrested Alysha M. Bullard, 22 of Snow Hill, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Bullard violated the terms of her probation following a Burglary conviction. Bullard was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.
2. On 7 Feb 2014 at 3; 18 PM a deputy travelled to New Castle County, DE and extradited Ieisha M. Fortt, 22 of Salisbury, back to Wicomico County where she was wanted on two District Court Bench Warrants. The warrants were issued after Fortt failed to appear in a Theft case and a Forgery case. Fortt was detained on a combined bond of $40,000.00.
3. On 7 Feb 2014 at 5:00 PM a deputy transported Brian M. Baldwin, 25 of Baltimore, from ECI in Westover back to Wicomico County where a Circuit Court Bench Warrant was served on Baldwin. The warrant was issued after Baldwin violated the terms of his probation in an Assault 2nd Degree case. Baldwin was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.
4. On 7 Feb 2014 at 6:18 PM a deputy arrested Mark Anthony Hinton, 27 of Salisbury, on a District Court bench Warrant that was issued after Hinton violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in a Theft Case. Hinton was detained on a bond of $206.00
5. On 7 Feb 2014 at 6:30 PM a deputy arrested Jazmin Denise Woods, 25 of Salisbury, on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Woods failed to appear for a Driving While Suspended case. Woods was detained on a bond on $1,000.00.
6. On 9 Feb 2014 at 3:33 AM a deputy arrested Juverci C. Davi, 36 of Salisbury, on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Davi failed to appear for a Driving Revoked case. Davi was detained on a bond of $500.00.
7. On 10 Feb 2014 at 1:20 PM a deputy arrested William David Betts, Jr., 37 of Delmar, MD on a District Court Warrant that was issued after Betts failed to appear for an Assault 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment case. Betts was detained without bond.
8. On 10 Feb 2014 at 3:44 PM a deputy arrested Ronald James Lovett, 20 of no fixed address, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Lovett violated his pre-trial release conditions in a theft case. Lovett was detained on a bond of $50,000.00.
9. On 10 Feb 2014 at 4:40 PM a deputy arrested Mark Anthony Hinton, 27 of Salisbury, on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Hinton violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in a DUI case. Hinton was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.
10. On 12 Feb 2014 at 9:10 AM, a deputy conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested Kevin Walter Phillips, 52 of Salisbury, on an open District Court Arrest Warrant for Theft. The warrant had been outstanding since Dec 2013. Upon presentation to the District Court Commissioner Phillips was released on Personal Recognizance.
11. On 12 Feb 2014 at 9:30 AM a deputy arrested Irving D. Jones, 20 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Jones violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in a Firearm Possession case. Jones was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
12. On 12 Feb 2014 at 10:50 AM a deputy arrested Michael D. Mcbride, 30 of Nanticoke, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after McBride failed to appear for a Theft case. McBride was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.
13. On 12 Feb 2014 at 4:30 PM a deputy arrested Angela Lynn Lokey, 28 of Hebron, MD, of an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Lokey violated the terms of her probation following a conviction in a False Statement to Law Enforcement case. Lokey was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.
14. On 12 Feb 2014 at 5:45 PM a deputy arrested Melvin D. Bailey, 32 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Bailey violated the terms of his probation following a CDS and DUI case. Bailey was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.
15. On 13 Feb 2014 at 10:25 PM a deputy arrested Milan Giovanna Palmiro, 25 of Salisbury, on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Palmiro failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case. Palmiro was detained on a bond of $2,500.00.
16. On 14 Feb 2014 at 3:15 AM, a deputy arrested Theodore James Ballard Jr., 26 of Salisbury on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Ballard failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case. Ballard was released on Personal Recognizance.
