SHERONDA JENNINGS CONVICTED OF ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM WALMART

RETAIL ALLIANCE CONVICTION
SHERONDA JENNINGS CONVICTED OF ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM WALMART
SENTENCED TO 6 +YEARS IN D.O.C.

On February 18, 2014, Sheronda Jennings, age 43, of Frankford, Delaware, was convicted by a Wicomico County Jury of Attempted Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Possession of Cocaine and Trespassing.  The charges against Jennings arose after she attempted to steal a 50” television from the Fruitland Walmart.

Jennings was prosecuted as a repeat offender.  She had previously been convicted multiple times of shoplifting in Delaware and Maryland.  The Court ultimately sentenced Jennings to a total of 6 years and 90 days in the custody of the Division of Corrections (D.O.C.).

Wicomico County State’s Attorney Matthew A. Maciarello commended the Fruitland Police Department (FPD), Walmart Loss Prevention, and the Wicomico County Retail Alliance for their work in the investigation and prosecution of this case.  Mr. Maciarello also thanked the citizens of Wicomico County who sat on the jury, and Assistant State’s Attorney, Ethan Freyman, who prosecuted the case.

Retailers have formed an alliance in Wicomico County to combat shoplifting.  They are meeting regularly with investigators and prosecutors. Now, more than ever, shoplifting in Wicomico County is a bad idea.

Six years for stealing a $700 tv manufactured by Chinese Slave Labor all the while the place she stole from, Walmart, has been stealing from US taxpayers in the form of tax subsidies they shakedown local towns into giving them. Let's not even get into their policy of underpaying their workers that allow them to qualify for welfare. Now, Walmart has given the Maryland taxpayer a $180,000 bill to detain and feed this person all over a $700 Tv, doesn't make any sense

This sounds good, but what is the real sentence? Most of what I see in the paper is sentenced to 6 years, with all but 3 or 6 months suspended.

If you saw this woman's record, you would be appalled...she is a career criminal candidate in Delaware--look her up on Maryland Judiciary too see what she has here...

She will probably do less than 2 years...

are you for real-- flushed? eliminating people? Obama claims to have droned whole families every week. I bet you just love that about him. I say flush the mentality that some think they are owed something they never made the effort to earn.

I wish I could see just how she attempted to steal a 50" Flat screen
I am sure it was not on a windy day
