That is an intelligent woman. It is not the job of the fire department and I am sick and tire if ignorant morons wasting valuable resources and tax dollars.
Please quit calling 911 for your petty emergencies. Your attempt to call 911 is nothing but pure laziness. You petty emergency is not the responsibility of the tax payers. Get a life and get a job.
