Tractor-trailer drivers will intentionally clog the inner loop of the Washington, D.C., beltway beginning on the morning of Oct. 11, according to a coordinator of the upcoming "Truckers Ride for the Constitution" rally.
Organizers of the three-day ride want to call attention to a litany of trucker frustrations and express their disapproval of national political leaders.
Earl Conlon, a Georgia trucker who is handling logistics for the protest, told U.S. News tractor-trailer drivers will circle the beltway "three lanes deep" as he rides with other participants to Congress to seek the arrest of congressmen for allegedly disregarding the Constitution.

These truckers need to remember the Golden Rule.
They are just being jerks. This form of protest will do nothing but get people pissed of at truckers, not congress. We already can't stand congress anyways.

3:19 and 4:09 i am assuming from your comments that you do not agree with the truckers position. i am assuming you are supporters of obama. so it is ok for the seiu to have a rally in washington on the mall which is supposed to be shut down. so i am assuming these veterans and truck drivers who are trying to make their voices heard do not stand up to the union thugs. personally i think washington dc should just be shutdown and let the states run this country. i don't think it could be any worse. go enjoy your union (communist) buddies

Go to the website yourselves and you will see this. The REAL event does not call for breaking any laws, arresting anyone or other such nonsense.
There are other groups that are trying to attach themselves to this event and hijack it. THOSE are the ones who are saying all those other things.
It is a PEACEFUL protest. DO NOT give the government an excuse to declare martial law.

The FBI and CIA are infamous for infiltrating groups to divide and conquer, or portray in a criminal light. Operation Cointelpro still exists just under a new name. They will deliberately cause dissension amongst libertarian and constitutional groups.
