DOVER, Del. — Delaware officials say they’re still experiencing problems with the launch of the state’s new health insurance exchange.
Officials as of Thursday have yet to confirm a single enrollment in the exchange, part of the federal health care reform effort.
The state health care commission also was told that only about half of the 68 “marketplace guides” being hired to teach people about the exchange and help them enroll have been fully certified, with many still awaiting completion of federal criminal background checks.

This is getting funnier by the day.
What's even funnier is obama's complete lack of acknowleging anything to do with his signature healthcare act. They refuse to release any numbers which proves this is a dismal failure just like us smart people said it would be.
The democrats need to get the heck out of the way and let the GOP take over.
1019, The Democrats AND the Republicans need to get out of the way and let the PEOPLE take over!
