Exclusive Video: Vet Protesters Remove Barricades at DC Memorials

The Kelly File aired exclusive footage of Sunday's Million Vet March. Protesters marched in Washington, D.C., outraged over the government closing the memorials meant to honor veterans.

The video shows people removing the barricades as they’re confronted by police. Critics of the demonstration suggest it was motivated by the Tea Party.

Documentary filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch was at the event from beginning to end. “There were men there with no legs, with no arms, crying […]. How dare anybody use them as a political pawn for a way of trying to boost up their own ratings.”

God will provide an answer to this. Keep the faith.

Vets and TEA party folks are mostly one in the same, we all are constitutionally motivated, and have mostly the same goals, and were all present to carry and throw barriers back at the White House. Thank God we can work together withe same Constitutional goals!

Tea Party = conservative constitutional ideology that made America the greatest country in the world. Financial responsibility. Liberty!

Republicans = RINO's, what used to be Democrats. The historical party of slavery, current liberal values and the deevolution of society and financial distress.

Democrats = Radical Extremists, Socialists, Communists and Marxists.
Zero integrity, zero morality, zero financial responsibility. Chaos.

Obama voters, told ya so.

Please watch the video that is with this article. I have been trying to say this same thing all weekend and nobody cares to listen. There were probably six or seven different posts on Joe's blog over the weekend about the vets at the memorials. It was not even covered by the main stream media. I watched it by a live feed from a gentlemen who I found on the facebook page for Vets March.

I saw the same things that this film maker did. Veterans who were there because they have a RIGHT to be there. Americans who were not veterans but who were upset for the veterans were also there. This wasn't a "Tea Party" event. It wasn't even a "political" event, except for the fact that it was to let our "political parties", and yes that is plural, know that they are wrong to try and stop veterans from going to memorials that they fought and died to earn the right to visit.

Yet, it is like no one around here cares. The articles posted on the blog may have 2 or 4 comments, I think I even had six.

But boy look at the comments on the EBT cards being down. I think they were 50 comments on the Dollar General Sign in the window stating they weren't taking EBTs or any other state funds or something like that.

Some just outright dismissed it and one lady stated her dad was a vet and he wouldn't have fallen for that political show. She missed something and her dad would have too if he really would have felt that way but I don't think he would have.

I still had a little bit of hope for humanity before this weekend. Not so much now.

I noticed that too. Such noble and American protests going on to benefit ALL of us and some disparage it as a charade, hoax, meaningless event, etc.

There was a time when people had pride, especially here on the shore. But people do not seem to care about anything. Other than the Kardashians or some other mindless celeb.

I have had several discussions with people around here. Most don't know much of what is happening in D.C., if anything.

They say it won't accomplish anything. They're just going to make other drivers mad by slowing traffic. They are just wasting their time and money, etc. Stuff like that.

They just don't get it. I asked one, if you had a large group of people outside you house chanting, wouldn't you listen? He said yes. Well then,....?

It's called a peaceful assembly to air grievances against the government for things you don't like. One of our prized constitutional rights.

I did not get much sleep those 3 days. I followed the protests on every avenue I could find. Lamestream media was NOT one of them, since they refused to cover it in any depth or accuracy.

The government played their games with the traffic cams again, just like they did with the 2 million biker ride to D.C. At least I did not see any snow on a cam like I did when the bikers were in D.C.

I read about two police officers saluting the convoy as it passed by.

Then I read about the park police, in riot gear, showed up pushing vets, and anyone else close enough, with their batons. At least one can be seen being overly aggressive just itching to start a fight.

But the vets and everyone else kept their cool and remained peaceful and obeyed all laws.

I heard about several women and men being hit with batons but I have not seen that video yet.

But I digress.

People seem to like to complain, and say they want a better country and whatnot. But are not willing to get up from the computer and put a single effort into it. And really they don't have to get up from the computer. They could support these protests ON their computer.

They could send emails, make comments, share on social media and anywhere else. But no, they would rather slam and ridicule. Belittle and downgrade.

I try to educate them the best I can. But after awhile, I just have to walk away. My words just cannot penetrate such a dense wall.

They have given up and surrendered before they even tried.

The best we can do is keep the faith and support those who are fed up too and will no longer tolerate such actions and attitudes from the spite house.

Maybe if we keep at it, some will finally pay attention and see what we are talking about. I wish you good luck and Godspeed.

Those people sitting back doing nothing but passing judgement on every event will be the same ones crying when SHTF. Keep on living in your fantasy world of hope and change. You'll soon be on your knees praying for real hope and change. This is just the beginning. The EBT fiasco was a prelude of what is to come. Keep on trusting your government to take care of you. In the mean time the rest of us will keep on pushing back at the injustices and violations of the constitution. I saw someone post on facebook recently that made perfect sense. "Do something, Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way." What will you be doing?
