Delmarva Power, Smart Meter Letter
Joe, This is a letter I recieved in the mail today. Notice it reads like this is manditory. I called and you can opt out but you have to send it in a written letter. No Phone call or web-site. In my opion this is just another intrusion on our privacy. People who have pacemakers and such have reported that they interfere with them. I feel that DP&L has not properly informed the public about the problems with these meters. Personally I am going to opt out.

Here is how you can opt out:

Choptank refuses to change mine back.did it while I qas at work
They don't have to change it back, but you can make them disable the RF part of it so it operates like an analog meter.
If you opt out there may be a fee to read your meter.
I can read my own meter & give them the reading just like Choptank.
This is all about control. Don't give the government all the money they want? Then they will block the scenic overpass on a highway. Don't do what they say? They will cut off you electricity and cut you off from medical care.
WAKE UP!
