The Odds: Md’s Republican Governor Candidates

YOU HAVE GOT TO WONDER what makes grown Republicans scramble and jostle for the right to play David to the Democrat’s Goliath in next year’s Maryland governor’s race.

Only once in the past 10 state elections has the GOP candidate gained enough votes to live in Government House across from the Maryland State House in Annapolis.

Republicans have held the Free State’s top job for just six of the last 50 years.

Given daunting voter registration figures – 2 million Democrats vs. 900,000 Republicans and 600,000 independents – it’s hard to see a bright future for the party’s nominee.

Sadly, only when the State implodes with those democrats begin to understand the devastation their policies wreak.

Especially when too many of the Democrat voters are voting to continue their receipt of entitlements!

Another perfect example of conflict of interest!

At least one of those 2 million reg'd Dems has done so simply to cast a vote against the incumbent and will vehemently support the Republican ticket in the gen'l election.

People, there are alternatives to the Big Two Robbery Clubs, but is there anybody out there smart enough to vote for a "Regular Person"? Vote Independent, people! Screw the R/D clubs!
