- Resolution 95-2013- Making an appropriation from the General Capital Project fund to the Wicomico Public Library in the amount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000)
- Resolution 96-2013- Authorizing the County Executive to accept a grant award from the Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office in the amount of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Four Dollars ($12,374)
- Resolution 97-2013- Authorizing the County Executive to accept a grant award from the Administrative Office of the Courts in the amount of Sixty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Eight Dollars ($65,908)
- Resolution 98-2013- Authorizing the County Executive to accept a grant award from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources-Program Open Space in the amount of Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred ($58,500)

- Public Hearing and Adoption: Legislative Bill 2013-06- An act to temporarily amend Chapter 260, titled “Subdivision of Land” to extend for a period of two years the approvals and deadlines for certain permits issued by Wicomico County for development projects; and to authorize the County Council of Wicomico County to extend the approvals and deadlines for said permits for an additional year period, by Resolution
- Public Hearing and Approval: Resolution 99-2013-To authorize the County Executive to execute, on behalf of Wicomico County, a Winterplace Park Hunting and Farming Rights License agreement with S&H Farms, Inc.
