Is this Jeffrey Jenson the one who works for the Comptrollers Office and checks on the tobacco and liquor licenses for the state in our area? WTH is this all about? He might as well kiss is A$$ goodbye or is he a Dem who will get protected.

Jensen, no crime described in the report. Item just not sold, no requirement to show ID to police.

Messick, spanking your kid will now land you in jail. No more correcting children, let them become gang members. It's the law, and I know it first hand. Thanks for at least trying, though.

6:44 must be the dude. Disorderly conduct is what I read.

6:35 it must be the same guy. I would think he is in real trouble with his job.

730, if you're not driving, just walking, there is no requirement to show I.D. No crime here.

May not be a crime but there is a charge of disorderly conduct. Must have been intoxicated.

they had to make something up to charge him with just to force him to identify himself. he has to keep specifically asking "am I being charged with anything" and "am I free to go" in order to be able to walk away without being charged with not complying. the fact that he smelled like alcohol is meaningless, he could have just finished a beverage, does not mean he was intoxicated. disorderly is so subjective and was simply conjured up so that they could control him for what ever reason. You do not have to identify yourself unless you are being charged, nor specify where you have been or where you are going. but none of that matters here in wico county, they do as they please and violate your rights when ever possible. Looks like the dude may have a nice lawsuit opportunity if he follows thru with it.

I'm a big fan of the "flex your rights" videos. I definitely think that "I don't consent to any searches" and "Officer, am I free to go or am I being detained?" are two of the most important sentences to remember. To detain an individual they must have probable cause that a crime has been committed or a law broken.

I don't know what this is about but a statement that comes to mind is "he who protests so hard......... maybe no crime but something is very wrong.

9:42 sounds like a typical cop statement used to intimidate peeps to voluntarily comply. Nice try but I'm not buying it.
