Gov. Martin O'Malley accused former governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. of "scaremonger politics" Friday for continuing to claim that Democrats are plotting a major tax increase after the 2010 elections to help balance future budgets.
Ehrlich (R), who announced a rematch with O'Malley (D) on Wednesday, has warned for weeks on his radio show that "the worst-kept secret in Annapolis" is the planned tax increase -- a claim he has repeated in recent days on the campaign trail.
At a stop on Thursday in Frederick, for example, Ehrlich said: "If Martin O'Malley's elected governor, they'll pass the largest tax increase ever in the history of Maryland."

Erhlich was no saint in my book. I saw vividly what he did - and believe me I read every single House & Senate Bill synopsis.
1. Highest real property tax increase ever.
2. Increased Medivac fees, registration fees, on virtually every class of vehicle.
3. Signed off on the flush tax!!
4. Under Erhlich's leadership BG&E had the highest electric utility increase ever recorded in history - (72.6%)
So what I have got to say about either one of the Governors - humbug!!! They were both responsible for the ordinary average Joe Blow getting hosed by your government.
So Beezer admits he didn't vote for Erhlich so he takes the blame for O'Malley and the highest taxes ever.

It's people like Beezer that caused a tax and spend Democrat like O'Malley to get elected and reelected. They voted for and independent or a 3rd party candidate. Republicans are their own worst enemy and they eat their young.

There is a shooting in the area of First Street and Hill Street in Salisbury. PD, FD and EMS on scene. I thought Jim Ireton ran on a platform that violent crime was down 40% in Salisbury? Can you say another lying Democrat! What have you got to say about that Shanie its your peoples!
We are SO wonderful to have been selected to have our Governor participate in the Copenhagen gay conference he is on his way to attend. I can't wait to find out the reaction of the citizens on all of his accomplishments from this.
Got to love the rain tax, what can be next:
1. Fart tax: penalty for methane footprint
2. Toilet paper tax; penalty for pollution of water that eventually goes to the Bay and destruction of trees
3. Stupid tax: Penalty for being a Democrat and voting for more taxes
4. Breathing tax: penalty for people with large nostrils or lung capacity leaving a large carbon dioxide footprint
5. Fat tax: penalty for burdening the health care system
6. Knife tax (above sales tax): Knives can kill just like guns and they now have a new penalty tax so why not
7. Internet tax: A large untapped tax resource for the liberals
8. Texting tax: penalty for so many people texting and driving

Hey, 9:49...don't be so quick on the jokes.....I can see at least five of them being seriously considered. You get the point that they will never stop. I actually imagine our "representatives" having a staff member who does nothing but think of new revenue streams, with nothing out of the question or off the table. Thats how we get the "rain tax". And a million others. Y'all know what needs to be done....

The largest majority of voters are the "47%" so they obviously don't care about paying any kind of taxes. The thugs on the streets don't care about buy guns or ammo because they are going to steal them from law abiding citizens. Wake up America before it is way to late.
Don't purchase firearms, purchase flare guns sold at boating stores. No background check, nuttin', fire somebody up too, make them look like Richard Pryor running down the street on fire! Criminals will always have weapons, there is a simple choice to avoid background checks, go the flare gun route. Politicians are idiots.
