business always pass the tax onto the consumer, one way or another
Cabela says their computer made a mistake and is crediting anyone charged with the tax.
Cabela's is doing the right thing by showing what Obamacare is doing. This is just the beginning. You will be screaming bloody murder by the end of the year. Everything will have a 2.3% Obamacare tax on it. If you are a Democrat and voted for Obama, suck it up.
12:40 - spoken like a totally clueless liberal. Businesses get their money from consumers - period, end of discussion. Barack, Nancy, and Harry don't want the public being reminded daily of their lies in creating Obamacare - "oh, it won't coast consumers anything; just wait 'till we show it to you after it becomes law." Of course it was also designed so that a lot of the lies were hidden until the anointed one was reelected.
Just another reason for somebody to not invest in a new business. It's only going to get worse.

I think that this was a programming error. Only medical devices (or possibly "dual use" items) are subject to the tax. I certainly don't like the tax because it's making money off of sick people, but i'm not going to lie to further a political agenda, either.
