Yep here they go again. Funny how they need all those JHP's for target practice. Idiots, Jacketed Hollow points are not used for practice. Thats a waste. Now this "SEAL" saying its normal is full of bull. You don't use JHP's unless you are going to kill or hurt your human or animal target. And it can't come soon enough. Although maybe as not as ideal but, the ex-cop in LA has started his own little revolution.
And yet he agrees with a gun ban. Don't make sense to me.
