That sounds like a little sarcasim maybe. Joe has admitted he's not a professional speaker.
That's part of the problem with so many silver tongue politians these days, makes it hard to confirm someone who is sincere in there positions.
I don't agree with everything here all the time, but I think we all know, that Joe Albero doesn't get into something to fail and be a quitter.
He's got my vote.
