Poet Nickole Brown Reads At SU Thursday, November 8

Poet Nickole Brown reads from her work as part of Salisbury University’s fall Writers-on-the-Shore series 7 p.m. Thursday, November 8, in the Montgomery Room of the Commons. Brown is the author of Sister, a collection of poems telling the story of a young woman from her birth to an unwed teen during a tornado to abuse suffered at the hands of her stepfather to her escape as a teenager herself.
