Georgetown, DE- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for a Georgetown sex offender after he failed to verify and register his current address.

Investigators have obtained warrants on William C. Banks, 40 of Georgetown, who is a moderate risk Tier 2 sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his home address and had not notified S.O.A.R. of his status within 3 days of any change as he is required to do by law.

William C. Banks is described as a black male, 5’10” tall and 150 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.  Banks may possibly be staying in the West Rehoboth area.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of William C.
