Hurricane Sandy For Dummies Books Tossed Out

Another victim of Hurricane Sandy in Downtown Salisbury was the Used Book Store on Market Street.

While the Owner actually spent the night in the store, she watched the tide rise hour by hour until it came above the sand bags and started pouring in. Unfortunately the books on the lower shelves had to be tossed out.

Sorry for their loss, but why didn't they just move the books to a higher shelf?
