Brace Yourselves Again, Downtown Salisbury Is Flooding Again At High Tide

A lot to be desired in my hood, but at least my house sits 23 feet above sea level. The day I need flood insurance is the time to pack it up and get out anyway.

The whole river would have had to be sand bagged downtown.
I must be the only person who researches property before I buy it.The elevation above sea level is public information.
Elevation is also listed on the deed/building plans.
