Just over a week ago, we wrote of the challenge [14] to Obama's NDAA totalitarian bill. Hope remained that Chris Hedges' view of the indefinite detention as "unforgivable, unconstitutional, and exceedingly dangerous" would bolster judgment. However, as Russia Today reports [15], a lone appeals judge bowed down to the Obama administration late Monday and reauthorized the White House's ability to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or due process. On Monday, the US Justice Department asked for an emergency stay on the previous Chris Hedges'-driven order, and hours later US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Judge Raymond Lohier agreed to intervene and place a hold on the injunction. The stay will remain in effect until at least September 28, when a three-judge appeals court panel is expected to begin addressing the issue. It would appear the total fascist takeover of Amerika is drawing nearer by the day.

Gee.
I wonder why?
It's meant for detaining suspected terrorist my ass. Read the definition of a terrorist printed by the f.b.I . If you so much as say you disagree with big brother they can detain you indefinitely with no court appearances or until they seen fit. This is some real crazy stuff happening.why do you think big brother is buying up all this ammo? Get ready folks.Obama gets elected again......
Why would they need an "emergency stay" if they were not already doing this on a fairly regular schedule? What do you think Thomas Jefferson would say about THIS? The government takes you away, denies they did it, and "rehabilitates" you. Maybe. Maybe not. 12:43 said it. ANYONE they want to label as a terrorist IS a terrorist. They know something is coming to create a nationwide problem. A nuclear attack on several cities at once, EMP attack, biological attack, something. And they want a total grip on the populace. Hence, our military being trained to suppress civilian unrest, 35,000 drones, a billion plus rounds of high powered ammo, the NDAA and Patriot Act. Do they have to fly a banner behind a bi-plane before you think their intentions aren't good?
