Hell of a recovery Mr. President.
This was bound to happen no matter what because of the Welfare Queens having baby after baby and now these babies are reproducing baby after baby and so on and so on.
It's going be be double this in 10 yrs unless we come up with a spay/neuter program for those who apply for welfare benefits. In order to collect benefits spay/neuter is a requirement. Both can be reversed so when the recipent gets back on their feet then they can have more children.
