State Rep. Mike Ritze, R-Broken Arrow, believes Obamacare is blatantly unconstitutional and it is his state’s right and responsibility to declare it “null and void” under the U.S. Constitution’s 10th Amendment, which states any powers not delegated to the federal government are “reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
“I feel very strongly that the 10th Amendment is basically the watchdog of republic,” Ritze told WND. “The federal government was never intended to be as overreaching as it has been with Obama’s health-care act.”

So he thinks he can trump the supreme court? lol. try again clown
I'd like to move there. Sooner than later.
Well, the revolution just may start in the great state of Oklahoma. Picture what will happen when a Federal agent resists arrest by shooting two Oklahoma State troopers....federal agents --FBI, Homeland Security, etc., pour into Oklahoma and are met by the State police, local national guard, and 200,000 well-armed oklahoma boys who ain't taking any lip from the boys in Washington. I pray Ritze gets his way. And don't think OTHER states are thinking the same thing....good 'ole 10th Amendment....
Thank you for taking the lead, there are many ready to fall in behind you.
Go Oklahoma. This attitude does not exist in Maryland. Maryland voters are nothing but lazy pacifist who will vote for whom gives them the most free shi-. There is no strong leadership in Maryland for working people. In point, there is no strong leadership in Maryland at all. Norm Conway gave up sex for food. Now he can't even get into his own pants,

I bet England thought somewhere along those lines as well, back in the 1700's
People want to arrest people over getting access to health care. What kind of.people have we just become?
It's not access to health CARE
3:01 it's access to health care COVERAGE which for all those who fell for this propaganda and think this is something new-guess again.
HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) which went into effect 1996 protects an insured person's insurability.
Yes, "What kind of people have we just become" when demorcrats choose leaders such as Perlosi who believes "we have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it."
The SCOTUS found it constitutional so it is constitutional. Get over it fool.
You GOP whiners are hilarious. One minute you are thumping that pocket constitution. Then when democratically elected officials who ran on healthcare and received a big election win on that platform pass a bill by majority vote in congress, get a presidential signature, then have that law pass constitutional muster at the Supreme Court, you want to scream about armed revolution. Sit down clowns! The system worked exactly as it was designed to even though you didn't like the outcome.

They found it constitutional? No they didn't. Only when they reinterpreted it as a tax (another Obama lie as he said he wouldn't impose taxes on the middle class)were they able to deem it constitutional.
Not only does this tax effect the middle class the poverty level class are going to get slammed. This Obamatax effects anyone making over $9500 a year.
But of course no one knew that because "we have to pass the bill so you all can find out what's in it."
8:07, no it's the democrats who are the hilarious clowns.
It wasn't someone from the GOP who made the now classic statement
"we have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it."
These are the twits you all think are great leaders-HaHaHa. These are your idols that you put in leadership postions-HaHaHa. Now that's hilarious!
