In the debate over natural gas drilling, the companies are often the
ones accused of twisting the facts. But scientists say opponents
sometimes mislead the public, too.
Critics of fracking often raise alarms about groundwater
pollution, air pollution, and cancer risks, and there are still many
uncertainties. But some of the claims have little -- or nothing-- to
back them.
For example, reports that breast cancer rates rose in a
region with heavy gas drilling are false, researchers told The
Associated Press.

I guess burning water is "bad science"...who are these "experts"; the same ones who sold the bs that cigarettes are safe?
2:19, no "burning water" is merely a few anecdotes. Methane gets into water for many reasons. The various agencies that have studied it have concluded time and time again that fracking didn't cause the burning water you see in movies like Gasland.
The problem is that dishonest filmmakers make a movie that has some good visuals and all of a sudden people like 2:19 think they are experts on drilling science.
Look at the facts, 2:19, and put down the TV remote.
2:19 I saw the documentary that you refer to and that was bust as an enviro group fraud.... the water was doing that yrs befor the film was made
these are the same eco idiots that sold a "bill of goods" to the unsuspecting, easy to lead citizens who jumped on the "global warming" bandwagon without checking it out for themselves.
believe none of what you hear and only half of what you read. always be suspicious of the left (not to say the right doesn't do this) but the left has made it a practice and almost perfected it. this is done on almost EVERY topic.
