This is a real problem. Bond isn't punishment. Bond is intended to do two things. Reasonably assure the appearance of the defendant in court and to alleviate any genuine possibility that the public will be in danger of beinng harmed by the defendant if he remains free until trial. This man has not been convicted. He has not harmed anyone since being released on bond and had never harmed anyone prior to this incident. He hasn't tried to leave the country and is therefore not a flight risk. This is an outrage and an abuse of power by a judge with an ego problem.

More like a judge with Obama's justice department breathing down his neck, another so called executive order.
