Gas Leak In Salisbury

Joe,

I went to my local gas station earlier today and there was MD Department of Environment Truck there with 4 individuals inspecting their gas tanks. When I asked what was going on, apparently the Exxon near Dennys had an underground gas leak from their tanks that contaminated the soil. So now gas stations all over the area are being inspected.

I know this probally isnt the right topic. But I noticed the pedestrian bridge at the park by main and rt12 is blocked off with plywood and says closed. Does any one know why? Thanks.

A gas leaked in Fallston MD, and was a disaster. Hopefully this is not as extensive.

Don't worry! Bill Gordy will donate the land to the city of Salisbury and Jim Ireton will rehabilitate it with citizen tax dollars. Then he will give it away to someone.
