We live in a borrowing society were if you cannot borrow money your only going to buy what you need.Most small businesses are in the want side of this.So we've got to this point where banks wont lend and people have maxed out credit,small business suffers.Government can pump out more money but when it runs out it's back to the same place we're in.
...and April & May are not looking good, either...
