Senate Gets Budget; O'Malley Changes Mind On Flush Fee

Governor Touts Making $7B In Cuts; GOP Disagrees

ANNAPOLIS, Md.
-- The Maryland state budget officially lands on the Senate floor Monday night, but the chamber is not expected to begin working on it until later in the week.

While the governor touts making $7 billion in cuts since taking office, Republicans argue those aren't cuts, instead, they are reductions in planned increases.
