Prop 8 Reversal: On To Supreme Court For Gay Marriage?
The ruling Tuesday, Feb. 7, striking down California's ban on gay marriage marks the first time a federal appellate court has squarely rejected a state decision to limit marriage to straight couples.
public will does not make something constitutional life liberty and the pursuit of happiness be it your idea of or someone else is exactly what such an idea of freedom protects like it or not

The left once again ignoring the will of the voters.
I think the Court knows the Constitution and the law better than the voters do.
Were talking about California the most over turned court's in the country. The citizens voted no on gay marriage.
