For many, I'm sure the timing of Eric's unfortunate heart attack has left many of us that much closer to looking like hippies. So, what do we do in times like these.
Well, I, (for one) will await for Eric's return before I get another haircut. Will you be joining me?

As much as I like the "Eric" cut, I will have to fold and get a haircut from someone else - just until Eric's return. Some of have jobs that require us to not look like hippies. I do not care for the hippy look on myself anyway, so I would be getting a haircut regardless.
A very kind thought, but it may add extra pressure to Eric's already high anxiety level about getting back.
11:05 has it right, I think. Just till he gets back.
My son is waiting...he is beginning to look like a weirwolf. Eric get better fast.
I am really sorry to hear about this! Eric is a great guy. Really hope he gets better soon! He's too young for this!
If Regis can get over this and be back at work so can Eric. Just make sure you are good to run when u do get back. Dont rush it.
What is his status on improvement?
He is a great barber, and we pray for his healthy and speedy return!!
Iss this really an appropriate topic Joe? Eric is only in his 30's. I think his main concern needs to be getting well, not rushing himself back to work to give haircuts. A lot of his clients are police and military and they are required to maintain a sharp image. I don't think Eric will mind us getting a trim if needed as long as we return to him when he is well enough to return to us (besides, he knows he will do a better job anyway). Please don't be offended Joe, as this is just my opinion.
To Eric: I pray for you and your wife everyday and will help out in any way I can, if needed. Take care of yourself, and I hope to see you soon.
anonymous 5:46, of course it is. No one is rushing Eric in to get back to work. I'm simply pledging I will not get my hair cut until he returns. So what if my hair gets long, I'm comfortable with that. Do you have a problem with that?
If you choose to go out and get a trim in the mean time, go for it. I am not at all offended, so you know. You have your opinion and I have mine. That's the great part about agreeing to disagree.
Never been to Eric's. I've been cutting my own and my son's hair for a few years now. But as one who knows self employed without insurance, I'll help his workload as soon as I hear he is back!
how can we help? giftcards to walmart, giant, etc. to help financially?? do you know specifically?
