A bus line that served Wilmington plagued by safety violations was still on the road, a day after federal authorities ordered it to shut down immediately.
The New York Post reports that Double Happiness Travel buses were running as usual from their stops in Manhattan on Friday morning, the day after the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ordered the company to cease operations.
