NEW YORK — A tourist from Tennessee reportedly thought she could check her loaded gun at New York City's Sept. 11 memorial.
The New York Post says 39-year-old Meredith Graves was visiting the memorial at the World Trade Center site on Dec. 22 and noticed a sign that said "No guns allowed." The Post reports that Graves asked police where she could check her loaded pistol. She was arrested on a gun-possession charge.

There is no 2nd amendment in NYC?
No guns allowed reads the same as "marijuana is illegal" Just don't show it, or get caught and you can smoke all the reefer you want!

I'm thinkin that the second amendment exists everywhere and we all can carry anytime. I an doing this as we speak, and I will not file for a "permit" I already have one under that amendment. Try to change that,

7:54....Anser to your question--- criminals have better guns and shoot better, too. And, the police get to kill you and call it self defense (as in, I told him I needed to see his ID, but when he reached for it, I thought FOR SURE he was going for his gun. My bad.)
