Body Found In Chester ID'd As Delaware Barber

A body found wrapped in plastic in a vacant lot in Chester has been identified as that of a Delaware barber. The Delaware County Daily Times says 39-year-old Eddie Lockhart of Newark died of multiple gunshot wounds before his body was left in the weed-strewn lot, where it was found Friday.
