DUE TO AN APPARENT ELEVATED LEVEL IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THAT HAS RESULTED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A SMALL CHILD IN ORLEANS PARISH......STATE REP. AUSTIN BADEN HAS CALLED UPON GOVERNOR JINDAL TO DEPLOY NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS IN THE CITY TO POLICE CIVILIANS.
THIS ACTION HAS THE DIRECT POTENTIAL AT THIS TIME TO RESULT IN A REPEAT OF EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE IN NEW ORLEANS DURING THE HURRICANE KATRINA INCIDENT, WHEREBY DIRECT GUN CONFISCATIONS AND CIVIL RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED.

There is something fishy. Didn't they just pass some kind of law that allows the army to arrest Americans and keep them forever without a trial? And then this happens less than a day later? Things sure are getting bad fast. Wonder if there is enough time to start stocking up on food and water?

Yes, they did pass the law.
8:12 and 8:32;both correct.My concern is where will they put them?Prisons,whether military or civilian,work on an intake/output principle.That means that in order to avoid overcrowding,one badass will have to be released before another badass can be incarcerated.That whole "indefinate" thing might sound impressive,but it won't pan out mathmatically.
