Resort Nightclub Cleared in Boat Crash Suit

The name of the boat that crashed into the Route 90 Bridge was "Tipsy III". What happened to Tipsy I and II?

seems it would be your own fault to get aboard a boat if you knew the operator was drunk

Tipsy III was not the boat that crashed. The Tipsy Boats are used by Seacrets to ferry people to their own boats. They guy crashed his own boat into the bridge. Tipsy I and II are still in service.
